We appreciate that you are stretched and inundated with requests relating to COVID-19. The survey below is for all health care workers who see people with epilepsy, not just epilepsy specialists. Globally we have nearly 1000 responses already and we are using the data generated to try and help people with epilepsy through this time and beyond.

We would be grateful if you could take 10 to 15 minutes to complete this Healthcare worker survey. We have also developed surveys for people with epilepsy and carers of people with epilepsy.  The questionnaires are completely anonymous. As you will see they do ask some searching questions, so please do not enter any personally-identifiable data on these forms

With our thanks and best wishes,

Arjune Sen, Consultant Neurologist and Head, Oxford Epilepsy Research Group

Samantha Ashby, PPI Lead, SUDEP Action

Jane Hanna, CEO, SUDEP Action
