ABNT Chair - Appointed 2024

I am a Neurology Registrar in the North West London deanery. I am on the new 2022 curriculum, training in Neurology and General Internal Medicine with subspecialty capabilities in Stroke medicine. I qualified from Newcastle University in 2017 with a Merit and did my foundation years and internal medicine training in the North West London hospitals. I have been passionate about medial education since my undergraduate years where I was Vice President of the Medical Education Society. Since qualifying I have taught acute care simulation and clinical skills and organized a mock PACES circuit for Imperial College London medical students. I am currently involved with teaching on an interview course for higher specialty applicants. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to chair the ABNT after having been on the committee as the secretary and regional representative in previous years. I hope to work alongside the ABN during my tenure as Chair to continue providing excellent educational resources for doctors as well as develop new initiatives to further enhance neurology training experience. .
