Simon Croall

Simon Croall has practised as a barrister for almost 40 years – the last 18 as Queens or Kings Counsel. His work covers a broad range with a focus on international commercial disputes, information technology and contract-based disputes. He
also sits as an international arbitrator. Simon has also held a series of leadership and governance roles within his Chambers and at the Bar. He was Head of Chambers and prior to that chaired the Management Committee of his Chambers being
responsible for the formulation and implementation of a long term strategy. He has also served on the Bar’s Professional Conduct Committee for 4 years between 1999-2003. Simon has first-hand experience of receiving amazing neurological
care. As a teenager he experienced frequent epileptic seizures which took several years to control by medication. He will bring all these experiences to his role as a trustee. When he has the opportunity Simon enjoys mountain and coastal
walking and golf.
